  • Greet and welcome guests

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures

  • Handle all guests enquiries in a professional manner


  • F.5 or DSE graduate. Diploma / Certificate in hospitality training course is an advantage

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Hotel Front Office / Customer Service

  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS (e.g. Infor, Opera, etc) is an advantage

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
