Job Duties 主要職責

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking and daily kitchen operations 協助負責預備食材、處理及烹調食物,日常廚房營運工作

  • Ensure and maintain the consistency of the food quality 維持食物質量標準

  • Monitor food inventory and kitchen supplies 監控食物庫存和廚房用品

  • Maintain daily tidiness, hygiene, and safety of the workspace 保持工作地方衛生清潔

Job Requirements 工作要求

  • 1 to 2 years experiences in food & beverage industry  

  • Passionate in learning and cooking

  • Able to undertake all round kitchen duties and provide friendly service

  • Able to work independently and a good team player

  • Have a strong sense of responsibility

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

  • Sai Ying Pun

  2. Shift holiday

  3. 9 - 10 working hours per day
